• Identify and manage market research activities: portion size, affordable price points, product preferences, etc.

• Facilitate formulation of global and local associations

• Set up mobile markets in food deserts with local “agri-preneurs”, and

• Diagnose and expand logistics and cold chain infrastructure and capacity for perishable foods.
